Taco Works + Backroads Saloon
A multi-brand hospitality campaign system translating restaurant promotions, nightlife programming, product branding, and local audience strategy into repeatable print and digital creative.

A hospitality campaign system built for recognition, repetition, and local action.
This project brought together two distinct hospitality brands — Taco Works, a Florida taco chain, and Backroads Saloon, an Illinois bar and nightlife venue — under one strategic creative framework. The work focused on building repeatable campaign lanes for food and drink promotions, weekly venue events, product branding, and print/digital visibility.
Rather than developing one-off promotional graphics, the creative was built as a flexible system: clear enough for fast audience recognition, distinct enough to preserve each brand’s personality, and practical enough to support recurring local marketing needs.
For Taco Works, the direction leaned into bold flavor, playful Florida energy, product-forward creative, and location-based awareness. For Backroads Saloon, the system used western nightlife cues, atmospheric event creative, and offer-driven layouts to support weekly programming and repeat venue traffic.
Together, the work demonstrates how local hospitality brands can use creative direction, promotional strategy, and consistent visual systems to make campaigns easier to recognize, easier to repeat, and easier for audiences to act on.
Two hospitality brands. Two distinct audiences. One creative systems approach.
Challenge
Local hospitality campaigns need to move fast, communicate clearly, and stay recognizable across repeated promotions. The challenge was creating promotional creative that could support weekly events, food and drink offers, product moments, and local traffic without making each asset feel disconnected.
Strategy
Build repeatable visual lanes for food offers, drink specials, product branding, weekly event programming, and local audience awareness. Each asset needed to communicate quickly while reinforcing the larger brand identity.
Strategic Value
The project turned individual promotions into a recognizable campaign ecosystem built for audience recall, brand consistency, and practical execution across print and digital placements.
